I just delivered dd there 2 weeks ago. It's a great hospital! My extended family was very comfortable waiting around, they said the food in the cafeteria was good.
You do have to be your own advocate so making sure they change your sheets daily restocking the items your low on.
The nurses for, the most part were helpful. The only negative would probably be the company who does the baby pictures.. Our photographer was very very pushy! introduced our dd to sucking on her hand.

Good to know! I will be delivering there in June. We just took a class and tour there and it looks amazing. We were happy to see the food in the cafeteria was not overly expensive either.
I expect to deliver there in June. There are a whole bunch of classes that they recommend you take. Can you please share what classes you felt were worth your time and which you wouldn't go to if given the chance again.
Also any suggestions on what to pack for the maternity bag for this hospital?

I am also due in June. We just took the birthing basics class and really liked it. We got a lot of info out of it being first time parents, including a long list of ideas to bring in your bag.
My friend had her triplets there in '07 and cannot say more positive things about then. The staff was great and the NICU was amazing. Hopefully you wond need it, but it's good to know. Also they are directly connected with children's memorial downtown
