I wanted to leave you with a homework. I was watching the video Jak posted before, the one from Dove [thank you again little lady] and I remembered that once in a class I took during my BA they told is to make two lists: one with our defects and one with our qualities. We found out that is easier to name our defects than out qualities. So... the homework is:

Let's name our qualities. If right now you can't think of one do it later. Take time to think. If you wrote something now and later remember come back and write it. It can be anything from something you like on you physically, a talent, something you are good doing... anything. "I am", "I have"...

Come on ladies, let's make this thread very long with those good things that make US.

I am a friend. I watch over them and love them dearly.

I see good in everything and try to always be positive.
