Have any of you ladies used this? I wanted to get one of these to share the heart beat with the DH since he wasn't able to be at the first ultrasound. I'm only 7 weeks so, what are the odds of finding the heartbeat this early?

I bought one and have been trying to find hb here and there. I haven't been able to find it yet and I'm 10 weeks. We've seen the hb on u/s and it still is very early so I'm not worried. It takes a while

You probably won't have much luck with it until closer to 11+ wks.

I have one, found the HB with my first pregnancy around 10wk, and I found it at 9wks with this one. I personally love this doppler but usually it is very hard to locate the HB before 10-11wks.

I have another, less expensive brand. I was able to find the heartbeat right above my pubic bone right around 9 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy. It definitely helps that I knew from my previous pregnancy what I was listening for. I have also heard that the thinner you are the earlier you can hear it, but I was pretty thin then so I doubt much earlier than that.

I have this one a d we found the HB last night at 85! It was very faint but it was there. We are going to listen to it again on Wednesday : it's the best sound in the world!

I found the HB with DS at 9 weeks. Haven't tried it yet with this one.

I have that doppler and it's great, but I wouldn't have high hopes of finding a hb this early.
