So I didn't change my name when we got married. Now I want to change it. Anyone remember the website that has all the forms and stuff?

Complete the SS-5 with the Social Security Administration. ?Then complete a name change form with your DMV (sorry, don't know which form it is for NH). ?The only thing you should need is a copy of your marriage license. ?After that, it's just a matter of changing it with your credit cards, job, etc. ?They will just want to see a copy of your new ID or the marriage license. ?It's pretty simple and painless really.
