Little stinker bit me!

So, I was nursing DD just now and the little stinker bit me...hard!  Twice in a row.  I yelled ouch, pulled her off and told her no, no biting.  What does she do? Looks me straight in the eye and laughs!  I can't help but laugh, but I have a feeling we are in for trouble with this one.

Re: Little stinker bit me!

  • Good Luck. I'm getting nervous that this is coming for me. She has been biting things more and she loves chewing on her hand or someones knuckle so I'm sure I'm going to get it one of these days.

  • My sister (who's 16 years older than me, so old enough to remember us as kids) tells the story of how my mom decided to wean my little brother when he bit her hard enough to draw blood. :)

Ouch!  DD doesn't even have teeth yet and it hurt pretty bad.  I am now seriously dreading when she does have teeth.

  • It's amazing how much it does hurt even without the teeth. Killian got kicked off the boob after a month because he has always been a "chewer". When he gets ahold of your finger to suck on it hurts!

  • OP, my little one laughs when you say "ouch"...she's not BF, but when she pulls my hair or rakes her ever-sharp baby claws across my face and I yell "ouch", she thinks it's hilarious...they sure can be little stinkers!
