Sloppy joes were a success last night! Today is pizza day, so I'm swinging by the grocery store after work and picking up a frozen one. I think I might be craving hawaiian.

Anyone else out there with a Friday dinner tradition? What's helping you get the weekend started?

    My hubs has the day off so volunteered to do dinner! It is beautiful here today so we are doing kabobs on the grill - sounds okay right now, I'm hoping it still sounds good when i get home!

    There's this bar by our house that every Friday is free all you can eat pizza and wings. We've been going every Friday for years with our friends. But the scene had changed from a bunch of kidless couples having drinks and pizza to, free food for our kids

    Spaghetti with hot Italian sausage and garlic bread. Followed up by the cherry chip cupcakes that I just HAD to make today (and I wonder why I gained so much with my first pregnancy).

    Anything that doesn't involve me actually cooking.

    The kids had chicken nuggets and cheese sticks.
