My scar is still really red and dark. I use bio oil on it everyday and its not fading. What do you yours look like? How long does it take to fade? What product are you using?

Mine is barely visible at 17 PP. With DS is was huge, pink, and rose up out of my skin. This time it looks alot better. I haven't put anything on it this time. Last time I used scarguard

4 mo. pp here. Scar is still a little dark but not as bad as it was. So I think you are fine, just be patient. I am not using anything.

I use vitamin e cream twice a day and it's pink and thin. Maybe switch to that? I get it off Amazon straight vitamin e cream. I'm six and a half months pp.

Mine is still kind of redish/purple and I'm 5 months PP. I use bio oil as well.
