Jack is 10 1/2 months old, and for the past few weeks, he has been biting. I don't think it's a malicious thing, I'm pretty sure it's a teething thing. He chews on anything and everything. If I'm holding him, he will bite my arm or shoulder. He will also crawl up and bite my leg or something when we are sitting on the floor together. When I tell him no, he laughs and immediately tries it again. I've decided to start telling him "no" and "ouchie" when he bites, and to also say "ouchie" whenever he gets hurt so hopefully he will make that connection. Does anyone have the same issues or any advice? Thanks!
Re: How to deal with a biter?
ugh, I know! I don't want him to be the weird kid at daycare who bites everyone! LOL. And it does hurt! Jack also has 8 teeth, and I have just as many bruises!

I literally could've written this entire post myself!!! It's become such a problem. My LO breaks skin and it really hurts! We have tried saying NO sternly but now he just laughs and keeps trying. Hoping he just gets over this.
