Upsetting Update

Really worried. Went in to the doctor's office today for bloodwork and got my hcg back at a level 10 at 13 dpo. My last test was at 11 dpo and I was a level 9. I'm very worried that my hcg is not going up at a fast enough rate and that I will lose it. Has anyone else ever had a slow rising hcg level in the early stages and have a normal pregnancy? I'm trying to stay calm because I know stressing wont make it any better but I'm so upset. They want me back in on Monday morning to test again...

    I'm sorry you're going thought this. It doesn't look very good. Your number should have at least doubled in 48 hours.

    The nurse told me just to keep my head up and not get too emotionally distraught. She said that it may just still be earlier than we originally thought and that she has seen this before and those pregnancies were fine with rocketing levels at the next tests. Regardless this is God's plan and not mine so there is not much I can do about it either way.

    I'm really sorry for your situation.  It doesn't sound like you have a viable pregnancy.  But I'm crossing my fingers that I'm wrong.

    Thank you all so much. After 2 days of light brown spotting I finally started bleeding bright red and passing clots. More emotionally painful than physically. I still have an appointment on Monday to check my hcg levels. I am sure they will be even lower if anything at all. At least I know this will be over soon with cold hard evidence. Again thank you all for your prayers, advice, and support.
