    I believe so but not totally sure.  I know there are home kits, so it really doesn't matter if it's "legal" in that instance b/c someone could know by a home test and then make a claim that they have reason to believe the baby is theirs and a court would probably order a test.

    Yeah, all it takes is a court order. Which isn't that hard to get, so I'd be looking into a family law attorney if I were you.

    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I did see an episode one time where Maury had a guy come out in a chicken suit to help a girl get over her fear of chickens. LOL

    All high and mighty.  The first one of you who didn't have fun as a 20 year old can throw stones (and I'll laugh and point at you for being lame). I love Timothy's father. We are soul mates. Just because I want to keep my ex around because he's fun to party with doesn't mean I'm some sort of easy girl. Anyone ever tell you're mean? cause you are.....

    I had lots of fun at 20.  

    But when I was sleeping with a new guy every week, I made them wear a condom.  And I took the pill.

    Your still a baby. i had fun at 20, but i didnt have a new f-buddy every week either. you'll regret your decisions one day. if you don't, you got more issues than your "piternaty" test. also, if you gave a damn about  your "soul mate" you wouldnt keep your ex around.
