I'm just been offered a promotion and an 8% raise. I really want this promotion, but the money seems a little low. With this change in position, I would be salary instead of hourly which means I may need to stay late sometimes, telecommute on snow days (everyone else gets the day off), and the occassional business trip. But I also gain good stuff too.
I'm due for a review anyways and this type of raise is what I would normally get at review time so I feel like I'm getting the regular raise, but nothing extra for the change in position.
Any ideas on how to broach this subject, or if I even should?

Don't focus on what % raise you're getting; instead, do some research into the salary for your new position (Glassdoor and other career sites have helpful info with this).
For example, if you make $50k now, don't think about a raise of 10% instea
I agree with the above posters. I just have to say that you normally get an 8% raise at your annual reveiw? Wow!
ETA; I mean wow, that is a lot to get each year
