THe back is much better! Thanks for asking...I guess it was just sore because I'm not used to lifting heavy objects! I made it to the gym yesterday and today! I so wanted to stay in bed this morning but I made myself get up and go. Now I just have to resist the Krispy Kreme doughnuts a patient brought in!

Nothing better than nice greasy food after a night of drinking!!! That is our go to place too!
It is going well. I skipped Tuesday because of a migraine, but got right back at it yesterday. I was cardio recovery yesterday so it wasn't too bad...except for making my quads really really burn. Gotta build up those muscles I guess. Apparently my shoulders suck too!
Not packed even a little bit :S. I leave Sunday and only am there through Wednesday and attire is what I would normally wear to work so that should be pretty easy to pack up in a jiff!!
Hope you ladies have an absolutely fabulous weekend. I won't have my computer with me but I will definitely be mobile bumping!!
I'm glad you're feeling better!! 3 workouts are better than no workouts. Way to go on sticking to your diet, it's amazing how much better we feel when you have a healthy diet!

I'm glad you were able to pick right back up the next day. I know sometimes when you have an un-planned day off from working out it can be a challenge to get back on the horse right away... at least for me anyway.

I have to have class on Saturday, so that's thrown off my weekend workout schedule some. Plus DH is sick and I'm starting my FW tomorrow. So though I did get in a couple workouts this week, I'm probably going to just chill this weekend and BD as my exercise.
And DH and I totally killed the last 4 of those cookies this afternoon... I guess it's about time to make more!

Hi Ash and other ladies. Hope you are all doing well. I am laughing over your post about drinking too much wine and then having McD's for breakfast. I wanted McD's so badly this morning.

I jogged a mile yesterday and then walked a mile. The weather has been nicer this week but it was a bit windy so I used the treadmill. It felt good to jog and I'm looking forward to getting outside more now as the weather warms up. I have been doing good this week, posting on mfp almost every day and staying under my calorie count for the most part. I really wanted icecream last night but instead I had some sugar free chocolate pudding.

Hey samjen! Great job on the running, I want a treadmill so bad. I can't wait till it starts warming up consistently so I can get outside and run. I'm proud of you for resisting the ice cream and opting for the sugar free pudding!!
This sounds interesting but I feel like I wouldn't be able to walk down stairs, let alone do more squats after day 2, I'd be so sore. Part of me would love to say I'm in on this challenge if a group of us do it, but the other part of me is like "yeah, let me know how that goes". Ha ha. I might need some convincing but I will say that my butt and thighs are definitely my problem area.

You should do it with us! You can always just do as many squats as you can! And there are rest days!

You don't necessarily have to do them all in a row! You could start off trying just to do sets of 10 here and there until you reach your goal for the day.
It's so hard to jump back in on a diet once you slip up. You can do it though, think about where you're at and where you want to be. I believe in you!
I just worked on Monday and Tuesday...kind of crapped out after that. I did lose 1.6 this week, but I attribute it to eating WW all week. I will be back on the saddle next week for sure. I'm loving the minivacay right now!! Have a great weekend, ladies!!
