    "Dancing Chicken"

    3lb skin on bone in ckn thighs
    1.5c flour
    Salt n Pep
    half white onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    Olive oil
    1 can diced tomato

    Baked tilapia, mushroom and green bean risotto, baby red potatoes, and more than one glass of wine. All 4 of my children appear to have taken an oath to make mommy drink tonight. It's working!

    I just threw black beans, fake meat, salsa and taco seasoning in the crockpot for burritos.  I'm going to saute some onion and pepper later for them too... I think I'm going to just make it all and freeze a bunch of them.

    We had a change of plans and did Chicken Bryan like at Carrabas with some sauteed fresh spinach and some angel haired pasta tossed in some of the sauce from the chicken. It was amazing! And for dessert we had angel food cake with strawberries and whip
