MH takes a fertility blend for men (buys on Amazon), its only one pill per day. Motility increased significantly, not sure if it was the supplements, but it sure didn't hurt. He also takes CoQ10 and a regular multivitamin.

Mine takes fertility blend for men as well for the past three eyars. His count and motility goes up when he's on them and down when he's the three months later since sperm are "born" three months prior to ejaculate. We added CoQ10 in the past nine months
My hubby was on Fertility Blend for Men but just changed that to Conception XR because my RE believes it could help more with the low morph than the first one did. Either should help with count. Well that is what we are hoping for.
Married October 2009. Me 29 H 28. After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013. Holland Sophia was born Jan 24, 2014.
My DH is taking fertilaid plus CoQ10 and acupuncture and his count went from 22mil to 70mil in less than two months. His motility stayed the same at 41% and morph went from 2 to 3.
TTC since Jan. 2012. DX =low AMH level. 1st SA=within normal range. SA for 1st IUI = low count Jan. 2013: 150 mg clomid + IUI = BFN
My DH has taken it for almost a year, and it has helped all but the morphology. He has been taken the fertilaid for men, count boost, and motility boost. His only complaint is he has is its a lot of pills and that the count boost smells really bad.
Re: Fertilaid for men?
We did. DH's counts were slightly low. 18mil and slightly low motility. He also stopped smoking and improved his diet. We have a repeat SA next month.
I can tell you he doesn't like them. They are large, you have to take 3 a day and he says they
