Who has it worked for? How much did/do you take? Where did you buy it?

    It worked really well for me at first. The I stopped taking it and production became a struggle. I'm back on it now.

     I took 3000 mg a day. I take more Than that now...maybe 4500.

     It thinned my milk out. That is the only bad thin

    Got it at whole foods. Took 12 pills per day. Didn't help me at all.

    I also got mine at whole foods I take 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night. It upped my production 3 ounces a day, for me that's a big deal so I think it works.
