He often kicks. When he's just getting up from a nap they might hang for a couple of seconds before he kicks. When he's awake & alert, he likes to kick. A lot.
She'll keep them straight sometimes, and lately she's been pulling her knees up more often. But mostly I hold her facing away from me so she can see everything that's going on and she ends up sitting on my arm.
Sometimes his legs are strait and sometimes he bends his knees up. I remember reading something a couple weeks ago, that they're supposed to have their legs a certain way when being picked up; but I don't remember exactly.
If she's asleep or just waking up they're bent up and crossed. I think that newborn froggy legs are adorable, Im gonna be sad when she stops. Otherwise they hang down or kick.
They hang down now, and she usually tries a walking motion. I miss the newborn scrunchy days when their back arches and their legs stay bunched and criss cross. For some reason that is one of my most favorite baby things.
