No bleeding after mirena?

I'm probably being paranoid, but I got mirena a couple weeks ago. spotted and cramped for the rest of the day I got it, but woke up the next day with no symptoms whatsoever, except a rash everywhere which is gone now. I still feel the strings, but could it be in the wrong position causing no side effects? Anyone else have little to no side effects?

    I wouldn't worry about it. Symptoms of Mirena are different for everyone. My doctor said some people never spot and some do for 6 months straight. I had period like bleeding for 6 weeks and now I've been spotting off and on for 2 months. It sucks!

    I had mine put it in on the 15th. I had bleeding the first night (got it in at 6pm) and nothing since until today, I have light spotting. I wouldn't worry about it. When you go back to have it checked in a month, you'll know for sure.

    I got my Mirena in February and haven't had any symptoms except some spotting here and there. You should have a 6 week Mirena check up to make sure its in place and you're not having any problems.
