I go back to work at 12 weeks but I have read you can't really start sleep training until then. Is there anything I can do now, while I am still home? DD is 9 weeks and sleeps great at night but is a horrible napper. She cries when I put her down whether she is drowsy, or awake, or asleep! I think one of her problems is she has nothing to suck on, as she will not take a pacifier. I EBF and I am also worried I will be the only one able to put her to sleep at night. We are working on getting her to take a bottle but she is fighting it.
Any advice? I don't want to be super stressed about her at home when I am back at work.

My middle kid was a terrible sleeper, so at around 2 months I read and implemented a few techniques from no cry nap solution. It was mostly about me reading her cues better and getting her to sleep before she was overtired. That's the most I would do b
