Has anyone bought their LO flip flops for summer? It's been in the 80s here recently so I bought DS a pair of teva style sandals that velcro. But I've been seeing a lot of sandals like these (
https://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=94602&vid=1&pid=258952042) and I just can't help but think they'd be awkward/uncomfortable for toddlers to walk in. Not to mention DS's feet are so wide and thick I'd probably never be able to fit them on him anyway.

One of my friends buys these for her daughter and I swear, the kid is always tripping! Flip flops for toddlers just seem ridiculous to me. Cute? Sure. Practical? Not even a little bit.
