Trying to Get Pregnant

Pregnant and really scared right now

I need some help and I'm hoping the experience in this board will help. If I'm in the wrong place please be nice and  just redirect me.

I am on 11 dpo and after putting my LO to bed tonight I started getting really intense cramps. I wasn't sure if this could be cramping from my period coming or a gastrointestinal thing but I was really hurting. TMI... went to the bathroom and had no issue going but the pain was intensifying and while i was in there, I started sweating like crazy and felt faint/dizzy to the point I thought I was going to pass out. When I got out I just dropped on the floor with really heavy breathing until the dizziness passed. Then I drank some water and took some aleve. I decided to take a PT just to make sure it couldn't be related and it came out positive.

Now I am really worried. The cramps were almost unbearable and while they subsided a bit now, my stomach area is extremely tender and I've had a few cramps intensify  for a few seconds here and there. I have never had bad cramping in my life, not even with my previous pregnancy. I am not bleeding at all, not even spotting but could this be a miscarriage?

Looking for input from those who have had a miscarriage this way or who were able to have a successful pregnancy in the past in spite of really bad cramping.

You're not in the right place maybe 1st tri?  As far as your concerns, the cramping wouldn't be due to a miscarriage at this point.  You're way to early on and probably just implanting...which I gather your cramps would be from.  I'm not

Is there any bleeding? If no bleeding, it might not be, but either way I would do as a previous poster suggested and get yourself to the ER. That sounds scary to me.
