Absence seizure or migrane moms come in

Recently I've noticed some weird eye movements in my dd. she's a visual stimmer so I was kind of keeping an eye on it but not moving to full blown panic yet. Yesterday during her swim class she did the weird eye movement again but this it lasted for more than just a second and her body went limp. She perked up after about five seconds but then seemed really sleepy and not following the routine of class like usual. As I was about to leave the class to take her to the pedi she perked up so I stayed. I noticed some limpness on and off but since she's hypotonic I wasn't thinking too much about it (and didn't notice any eye movements since she's facing outward). Her swim instructors said she really seemed out of it and i should take her to her pedi. When I was dressing her afterwards she was helping me get her dressed as she always does but suddenly stopped. Her arm dropped and her eyes glazed over-she was completely unresponsive to touch/her Name. After around ten seconds she seemed to come back and lifted her arm so I could finish dress her. She went into a deep sleep in the car. I took her to the pedi who said I should get her to the Er.

of course at the Er she perked right up and acted normally. We were able to get in with the head of neurology at he children's hospital. She said it wasn't an emergency situation but we needed to get an outpatient EEG. He said it was most likely a seizure but it could be a migrane variant.

Anyone experience something like this? If you've gone through an EEG with your child can you tell me about it?

If you've made it this far, thanks for reading my novel. Lol.
