H and I have a boy name picked out for our second baby (Gavin), but just can't decide at all on a girl name. Our son's name is Kyler William to give you an idea of our tastes.
I do take into account things like how a name will look on a resume, etc, so I prefer easily pronounceable names, but since I have a very common last name (starts with a "C" and ends in "son") I prefer names that aren't as common/dated.
These are the girl's names we've come up with that we like well enough. Please, no snark, just input on whether these are nice names that would grow well with a little girl. And I'd love any suggestions on names I might like based on this list.
Alyvia (H likes because we could call her Ally. Doesn't like the traditional spelling.)
Aleyna
Brynna
Caylie
Caylin
Kellyn
The middle name would be Marie (my MN) with all of those except Caylie. If we chose Caylie, I really like Noelle for a MN.
I'm aware H and I might get tongue tied if we try to call for Kyler and Caylie/Caylin/Kellyn at the same time, but hell, my mom did that with my brother and me and our names are as different as you can get.
Re: First impressions of these girl names?
Honestly, if you really take into account how names will look on a resume, etc., then I would go back to the drawing board.
Alyvia - is this supposed to be Olivia? I do not like Alyvia and it would be spelled Olivia every single time you

Honest feedback: none are really my style and I think many won't age well.
Alyvia: if it's pronounced Olivia, I'd spell it like that. It'll save your daughter a lot of time correcting people. Based on the spelling I'd pronounce it A-livia (and I
FWIW, I like Cailyn Noelle. Not exactly what you put above, but I really like the flow of that.
I don't really care for most of your names, although I usually like the "different" names. My daughter's name is Brooklynn Marie. I LOVE Olivia, spelled this way. If we have another girl, her name will be Olivia Rose.

What are some other names you like? I'm not crazy about Swan either

I actually like Brenna Marie or Kellen Marie (spelled without the Y)

Alyvia? Like Olivia? I think that looks horrible and how do you get Ally from Olivia? Just because you spelled it different,it still sounds the same when spoken. How about Allison if you guys like the nn Ally?
Aleyna- nms, and the spelling is bad
