Mommy and Me classes

Hey all, I'm looking to possibly take some mommy and me classes with LO this summer. He will be 6 months in June. Are there any classes out there for babies that young? How old for a swim class? Music? Anything else we can do together? I am trying to soak up the summer with DS before I go back to work in September but wasn't sure if I should wait on Mommy and Me classes until next summer.

    Swim lessons usually start at 6 months most places. Its usually just getting the kids and parents used to the water.

    In my area swim classes start at 6 months everything else I have seen starts at 18 months
    11/2010 Diagnosed with PCOS 
    10/31/11 M/C at 9 weeks
    1/12/13 DD was born
    4/9/16 DS was born 
    9/17 CP 
    6/23/18 BFP EDD 3/4/19

    I did a swim class with DS at 6 months. Best decision ever. It helped him get comfortable with the water and now he is taking actual swim lessons at age 3!

    Barnes and Noble does a story hour every Saturday, at least the one in my area does.

    The ladies gave good suggestions. I actually found a place that does free baby splash under 6mo old, and then the paid classes start at 6mo. It was a good way for the two of us to hang out in the pool together with some structured ways for her to get used

    Our local community center offers swim classes starting at 6 months and I can't wait to enroll DS! Also, we have a local Little Gym that offers mommy and me classes beginning at 4 months. Planning on enrolling in those, too.
