Sprayer necessary?

Is a sprayer attachment really necessary for cleaning cloth diapers? My SIL has one and says she sprays the poo off of the diaper into the toilet before placing in the wetbag. She uses pocket diapers. But I thought I've read that you don't need to spray it off when its BF baby poo? Or maybe you should just wipe it off with a disposable wipe?

Definitely not a necessity. We don't have one. Her poops are 50/50 ploppable at this point though. If they aren't then we just swish and they generally come right off.

It's not necessary but it is convenient for me. I really like it because I did not like dunking and swishing. We just started using it because we just recently started solids.

I love our sprayer but I wouldn't say it is necessary. I didn't like the idea of not spraying the feces off before washing.

It's certainly not necessary with just BF poop. However, when we started solids, I found out that I HATED dunk & swish, and the sprayer definitely became necessary at that point in time. I'd wait to buy one until you decide you need one.
