7th week bleeding

I have had a previous ectopic and it was discovered at 7 wks and bursted, I am wk 7 again and today I have had some bleeding, went in to see Np, she sent me for labs for hcg came out 1608 and I go in on wed for the next one, I have bled but not enough to soak a pad in an hour so just sitting around home, feeling terrified and anxious, I so want this baby with all my heart so hopefully it can turn out alright but am despairing, please let me know of your experience and how it worked out for you.  I read some but they are old so hoping somebody from 2013 experience incase of tech changes for a better outcome, anything will do this not knowing especially since I don't have any pain, the wait is just killing. 
Thanks ladies.  I had gone in for us on last week saw the sac but too early for HR, I also have no nausea, vomiting or any pregnancy symptoms besides drool and fierce farts from the pre natals.

    My bleeding started at 7w and I eventually miscarried. When I got pg again, I had some minor bleeding at 7w again but did go on to have DD. I had no nausea or vomiting in any of my pregnancies. I know you are anxious and stressed. Keep the faith. T
