Who are you telling reluctantly and why?

I'm wary of loss after our first pregnancy, so I'd like to wait till the first tri to tell anyone besides Dh. But this time around I'll be telling my mom, dad, and sister early. I'm seeing them each on a pre-planned occasion where I was expected to do something I wouldn't do while pregnant. My sister will know immediately when I don't have a beer with her at the baseball game. My dad will know when I decline to go on the roller coasters I usually love at a theme park. And my mom will know when I decline the mimosas she hoped to toast with at her birthday party.
