what time of day do you take it? I've been taking it when I wake up at 6am and then again around 6pm. I'm starting to wonder if I should be taking my second dose a few hours earlier in the day.

I take it first thing when I wake up. Then I take my Reglan 4 times a day and then I usually have to take the Zofran again around 6p. Believe it or not it's only helping a little. I've been so sick for the last 2 weeks it's killing me!!
I only take mine when i feel the nausea start which is the afternoon or late evening. My sister had to take hers twice a day from 6w to 13w, first thing in the morning and around 6pm.
