Ditching the swaddle question

DD2 has been a one arm in(sleepsack swaddle) for a couple months. I forgot to send the sleepsack to DC Monday and she still took great naps, so I decided it may be time to get rid of the swaddle all together. However, Tuesday and today her naps have been crap- 30 minutes instead of 2 hours. Should I give it a few more days? Should I stay in her room for her naps and help her settle her arms as soon as she starts to stir(not feasible with a toddler, but I could try)? Any tips? Or should I give up and go back to the swaddle since she doesn't roll back to belly yet...?

Give it a few more days. Yes, they'll be crappy days, but she'll work through it soon enough.

We went cold turkey and it worked great.  Took a few days of crappy sleeping, but now LO is sleeping really well without it.

So how did you handle the crappy sleep until things made a turn for the better? Rock back to sleep, just discontinue the naps...?
