breast pumps - what's the difference?

Looking for a good dual electric breast pump..

From what I can tell these both are dual, electric, good for going back to work..? Am I missing something? What's the difference in price for?

    I use the PISA and sometimes I wished I had the freestyle. I pump in my car a lot. So I had to purchase a car charger (the batteries sucked and would need 8). I made my own nursing bra handsfree with an old bra that I cut holes were the nipples are. </

    I have the Freestyle. I stayed at home, but EP'd, and having the ability to walk around and get things done while pumping was a lifesaver. I did dishes, laundry, cleaned, cooked, brushed my teeth, etc. I couldn't hold the baby very well while pumping but

    LOVE the Freestyle. I EBF/pumped for 12 months with DD#1 and going on 8 months with DD#2. I also travel for work, so the Freestyle is awesome because it's so small and i can throw it in a large purse with all of my other stuff and no one even knows it

    I EPd for 8 mos. I had a symphony hospital rental which uses the PISA parts, work provided a lactina also PISA parts and I personally had a freestyle. I never used a PISA but I heard from Medela rep they have better suction.

    I LOVED my Freestyle and it was totally worth the extra money to me.  Sometimes I'd be in situations where I never knew exactly where I'd be pumping and if there would be access to an outlet.  With the Freestyle I pumped at restaurant bathroo

    I have a PISA and love it. It does a better job of emptying me than a Freestyle. Plus, I have been able to make it hands-free by using a hands-free bra and a battery pack. I think it's great!

    Thank you all so much for the information! So glad to know about the plug vs. battery... Sounds like the Freestyle will be worth it for me. I'll be back at work and my office doesn't have a door I can shut for privacy. The only option I see is to pump
