Daycare trial run

Just wanted to share a positive.. Did a trial run at daycare today for a couple hours before I head back to work next week. Highly recommend to do this. I cried on the way there and after I dropped him off, then went and got a pedicure which I haven't done since before he was born. Picked him up and all went fine.. I had them give him one bottle and he pooped through two outfits, ha!

Next week is still gonna be rough but I do feel a little better.. Maybe ill get some tears out of my system before the first day of work. I think I'm gonna do the same thing tomorrow and go grocery shopping.

    I'm doing a full week of trial-run this week with my daycare, and I'm glad I did.  DS has been very difficult about taking a bottle (even though we've worked with him on taking one since he was 4 weeks old).

    I did this before I started back to work, and I highly recommend it too.  I did 2 half days, and then one full day before I started back at work.  The first day she really cried(which of course made me cry). I had to leave her there crying. I

    Good call! We did something similar with my DD and it helped both she and I a lot. We'll do the same in fall when I go back to work (teaching) since it will be a new center.
