My kid is being an a today

Michaela has been up for about two and a half hours so far and she has been crying, screaming, throwing, fitting, for all but 30 mins of all that time. I have given her a bottle that hit me in the head. I gave her toast, the dog got that. She doesn'r want her paci, she doesn't want to cuddle, she has had oralgel and advil and she is now in her room. Starting to quiet down I don't know if she is starting to fall asleep but I am at a loss of what to do anymore.
Hopefully it passes quick, whatever this mood is.
