Just wanted to put a feeler out to see if anyone has done or was doing Insanity pre-pregnancy and is continuing after bfp?
I took break and did the Combat program, but went back to insanity and wow it's so much harder now! A 40 min workout takes me about 50 with all the breaks!
I am trying to mix it up with combat and asylum and some short runs also.
Thought it might be fun if anyone is still doing it if they wanted to do a check in post occasionally or something!

My DH likes to watch me do the videos and say "hmm that will be challenging with a belly"! It's funny to do these now and know there's no way I will be able to do this in third tri. I was wondering about the burpees....
Thanks for the info--glad

Are you still running?
ETA: Only making the assumption that you are one based on your name!

I like the hooks and jump rope too, but I usually end up taking a break to stick my tongue out at the blond girl...she's kind of annoying
Still running! Because of how the last pregnancy ended, I wasn't able to sign up for a Tough Mudder in oc
I would recommend some research to read about modifications. crossfitmom.com has great advice (based on the crossfit exercises) and she provides workouts specifically for pregnancy.
For example, when you need to modify push-ups... raise your arms
Great ideas! I was wondering today how I am going to do push ups and get higher off of the floor when the time comes!
Thanks!
