Stripping Baby

Ok, Friday night I was in the kitchen & D was watching Mickey.  She loves Mickey!  Dh wasn't home yet so Yes, I was using the TV as a baby sitter so I could clean up the kitchen.

Anyways, I heard her come out & throw something in the trash.  She is always messing with the trash can.  I turned around from the sink, it was her diaper...

She took her pants off in the LR & threw out her Diaper.  I took it out of the trash & it was wet.  I do think she is ready to be potty trained but Daycare won't do it until she is in the 2's.

Anyways Monday night she didn't want to keep her pj's or diaper on.  Tuesday morning she came walking out of her room with the footies only on her Right foot & her diaper hanging on her left foot.  FF to last night.  She was really quiet when I put her down so I checked on her.  (usually a talker)  She is laying in bed with her knees up on her back butt naked.  I had to put her pj's & dry diaper on her 3x's before she was actually asleep.

Anyone else have a stripping baby?  Suggestions on how to get her to stop?

Dh says it is my fault cause I'm always running around the house naked.  LOL!  It is not always but it is my home & I don't have body issues so if I want to run around in a tank top & panties why can't I?

    With L, I had a few pjs that snapped at the waist. Or K wears a onesie to sleep in because it snaps or he will pull off his diaper.

    ETA: be proud, undressing is a 2 year old skill

    DD1 went through a stripping phase around this age. It's a little fuzzy, DD2 was a few weeks old and I was sleep deprived, but from what I remember we tried:

    Diaper on backwards (I know this didn't work, the diaper just leaked :( )
    Onesies (wo

    I like the footless backwards idea.  That is great!

    Yeah, she doesn't do it with poopy diapers.  She comes and gets me with those.  She tells me cause she doesn't want to clean it up, I'm sure that is what it is.
