Beta levels

Hi ladies!

Just found out I'm pregnant on Thursday still in TOTAL shock! it's been a long 3 year journey to get here... 1 natural pregnancy followed by a miscarriage, 1 failed round of IVF, and then our 2nd and last round of IVF finally taking!! Praise God! Transferred 2 embryos so we don't know yet whether its 1 or 2 babies in there yet!

What were your beta levels after IVF?

Mine was 186 at 12 days post a day 3 transfer... Does this seem like a good number? I'm so paranoid after having miscarried once already...

    Congratulations! That is a great number. :) What is most important is the rise you get between this number and your next beta. Normal doubling time is 48-72 hours. There are online calculators that help you calculate doubling time. You can find them by go

    Agreed with Dragonfly, that is a great, healthy starting number :)

    My info is in my siggy- but like she said, doubling is most important. For now however you are pregnant!!! Enjoy and congrats!!!

    I just had my second Beta levels drawn today... they rose from 186 to 1205! Praise God! Now to wait and find out if it's one or two little nuggets in there! :)
