One eye open...

So, just totally freaked out. I went to the kitchen to fill up my water glass and when I came back, DD was in her rock and play (sound asleep) with one eye almost completely open. I spilled my water running to crouch down and touch her, only to end up startling her awake. I went to 'Dr.Google' and checked it out and apparently it's normal in babies under a year. Anyone else get freaked out like me?

My son will do that on occasion too! First time didn't really scare me too bad because I was holding him but was still freaky!

DD likes to sleep with her eyes cracked open, and sometimes I can see them rolling around in there like some demon baby. It would freak me out, but I'm used to it because that is exactly how her daddy sleeps!
