  I use tinypic to upload it and get it to a good size. I use email size, the you copy and paste the URL that comes up. Hope that makes sense...I've only done it once.

  Upload it to tinypic or photobucket or some such.

  Copy the URL for the pic. If the site doesn't tell you the URL then right click the picture and select 'copy image location'.
