Is there a link between conceiving soon after birth and decidual bleeding during pregnancy?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there has been any research on who is more likely to have decidual bleeding during pregnancy. Does conceiving only a few months after giving birth increase your risk because your hormones are still out of wack? I would be interested in hearing stories of women who experienced period like bleeding during pregnancy and what your pregnancy was like if you conceived soon after giving birth. Thanks!

  • I don't know how soon after birth you are talking about, but I got pregnant when my son was just over 3 months old. I DID have bleeding at 11-14 weeks, and have had issues since then (IUGR possibly due to damage to placenta, low fluid, echogenic bowels
