Teething Question from a FTM

So I'm pretty sure LO is teething. He's been drooling a ton, running a slight fever, and chewing on everything. I also noticed a white bump on his upper and lower gum line so I think at least 2 teeth are trying to push through. Poor guy! My question is does teething tend to make babies spit up more? Blair seems to be eating less per feeding but eating more frequently. Like taking 3 ozs instead of 5 but wanting to eat everyone 1.5 to 2 hours instead of every 3. Hope that made sense. Anyway, tonight he was really spitty and has been a little more than usual the past couple weeks. He doesn't cry or seem to be in pain and he's still gaining weight, making wet diaper etc. Just curious if the two correlate.
