daily baths?

I've noticed a few posts talking about using a bath as part of a daily evening routine ... I swear we're lucky if she gets a bath every third day. I've read that babies don't need daily baths. We do have an evening routine feed, read, song, swaddle, rock in pnp, just no bath. What's everyone's opinions?

    I'm in your boat. I bathe LO every two or three days.

    We do an every night bath but I don't always wash her hair or use the soap. She enjoys and relaxes in the warm water.

    We only do a proper bath once a week and then as needed for significant poops or pukes. I do wash his scalp, face, neck, and hands daily though just with a face cloth because of various rashes.

    Definitely not every night in this house lol.  I'd say she ends up having a bath every 3 days.  Honestly, I intend on the kids having baths more often but we just can't always get to it before it's bedtime.

    We bathe my son every Wednesday and Sunday.  My pediatrician said that they only need a bath once a week.  She said that it's not good for their skin to do it every night.

    baby girl gets a real bath every monday and thursday, and we wipe her face and hands with water as needed, usually after people play "pass the baby."  i also bathe her during the day, as it seems to wake her up rather than calm her down.  our ni

    We've been so bad with baths. DD hates them and she's usually fussy in the evenings anyways so we dread bath time. We aim for every 3rd day but sometimes it's not even that often...

    Twice a week here unless he gets super dirty for some reason... His skin is very dry and we found that if we gave him more than 2 baths per week his skin would crack no matter how much we moisturized him!

    We aim for twice a week but it's usually every 3 or 4 days, as we get to it. : our pedi also said just a few times a week is fine at this age. Dd enjoys bath time, so I'd like to do them more often, we just don't always get around to it before she passes

    Thanks ladies! Dd doesn't really enjoy baths so I figure keeping it out of the night routine is best. She also has tons of hair so I'd rather bathe her during the day.
