My LO is almost 8 months and goes to bed between 9 and 10 pm and usually sleeps till 9am. Lately she has been wakin up about 7am and nursing though then acting awake. I've been putting her back in her crib to show her it's not time to wake up and she doesn't cry but plays for about 30 min then sleeps till between 9 and 9:30, so she sleeps about an extra hour. Am I doing the right thing laying her back down? I feel bad but I feel like she needs more sleep than that. Anyone know how much sleep an 8 month old needs at night?
