Switching Formulas - Spit Up

So my Pedi gave me the green light to get off of Neosure since he is gaining weight very well and has caught up for his age. 

 I went to normal (blue cap) Similac - since then - I have noticed he is spitting up - after just about every meal - especially if he is crawling around on his stomach. 

 Anyone ever switched formula and have this happen? 

Also has anyone ever tried the spit-up Similac - does it help?

    I just had that same problem this past weekend.  My son drinks Enfamil for fussiness and gas and we picked up Similac for fussiness and gas before taking  him to my MIL.  He drank one bottle of the Similac and spit up for the rest of the ni
