What does this poo mean?

DD2 since birth has pooed every 2-3 days. This last 4 days or so she is going almost every diaper change, not always a lot, it's like excuse the term "wet farts". It was always mustard yellow, but today is getting greener in colour and stringy. She BF'd frequantly, and never stays on one side too long, but I haven't noticed a change in her eating these last few days at all. Does this indicate anything going wrong with my supply? She's 3 months old, eats every 2-3 hours and does a 5 hour stretch at night. Other than her multiple poos a day she's acting fine. Should I be concerned?
