Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to here but I need some help. My son is almost 7 months old and my fiance is a linemanoutside electrician. He travels a lot for work, and if he's within driving distance I will go and stay with him a few days of the week. Right now he is only in NJ, which is not far from where we live. This is our fourth week coming to visit him. The first two weeks were great, no problems with the baby and he was sleeping fine and everything. However, the past two weeks he has been unbelieveable, he is constantly screaming from morning til night time and is making me crazy! He's not sick, no temperature, but he has been teething since he was about 3 months old. I was wondering if all the traveling could be getting to him, or if its because he's in a strange place??? I want him to be happy baby like he used too, I don't know what it could be. This is the only time the baby and I get to see my fiance and spend time as a family. I'm worried I won't be able to come back anymore due to the baby's extreme behavior. If anyone has gone through anything like this, please tell me how you coped with it, and made your baby comfortable with it.
Thanks!
Jessika
Re: Traveling with baby..
Have you been home within the last few weeks? Does baby's behavior return to normal in your home environment?
It's my experience that babies that age are fairly adaptable to new environments, particularly if they are still with their moms
