Misdiagnosed Miscarriages?

My husband is having a hard time accepting our fate. He wants me to have another u/s in a week before we do a d&c. I've been reading the misdiagnosed miscarriage website and I'm kind of giving these ladies the side-eye.

How can most of these be misdiagnosed? I watched the u/s today and it was clear there was no growth and no heartbeat. 

How do I convince dh that we are really going through this? Did any of your dh's have this problem? 

Conceived DD after 15 cycles--- TTC #2 since 11/10---Me- Poor egg quality and supply---DH- Poor count and motility---2 rounds 75IU Follistim/IUI-BFN---5/12 150IU Follistim/IUI-Over-produced! Converted to IVF! 0 fertilized:( Rescue ICSI performed. 2 embryos transfered-BFN

    No I'm sorry I can't help there but I was thinking that way. I had to go to get us out of office cause the tech wasn't there and that's when they told me I say the screen so I knew the baby had stopped growing. But I still wanted to hear it from my own d

    My husband felt the same way....after 2 u/s showing no growth he wanted at least on more and some blood work done, by then I was convinced that we had lost the baby and nothing was going to change that, but this was his baby too so we requested one more u

    I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum at 7 weeks. I'll be 10 weeks on Thursday and am having one more u/s done on Friday. I am sure that there won't be any change from last Monday's u/s, but I have to have that last u/s just so I don't think "what if" for
