First Realtor coming today

We are ready to list...  I think.  :)

We have someone coming at 11am to check out the house, give us some recommendations and talk about listing price.  Here's hoping!!

We already have a Realtor working on finding us properties where we wish to move, and we've gotten some GREAT listings.  I can't wait to check them out this weekend.
