Job offer. When to tell.

I know this subject has been posted about approximately 3.2 billion times, so if you can link me to a post, that would be helpful too!

I got offered a new part time ish job today at a high school as a dance team coach. When should I tell them I'm pregnant? It's baby 3 so I'm going to be showing pretty quickly... I can hide it with the right outfit right now.

  • Congratulations on the job offer!  Since you've already been offered the job, I personally would probably tell right around 13 weeks - especially if later in your pregnancy your coaching could be affected.  Better to give them more not

  • I'd tell them when you accept - in a "just so we have plenty of time to plan for this" kind of way.   They've offered you the job - it'd be illegal for the, to take the offer back now.
