Acid reflux

My 4 week old was just diagnosed with acid reflux and put on medication. Any suggestions, she is exclusively bf and sometimes screams in pain, even when nursing.  She also will only ssleep 1-2 hour chunks at night. I'm am exhausted and desperate. Any suggestions or advise are welcome!
