I have a coworker, who I just think the world of.
He has a room mate who has a baby girl, I'm not sure of her age. I think she is a couple months older than our babies.
This weekend, their apartment burned down. By the sounds of it, they lost everything. My heart is broken for them. My work is taking up a cash donation for this coworker. I was thinking of donating items for the baby though, because, as a mother, I just can not imagine not having what you need for your child. What would you consider to be absolute must haves? I was thinking I am going to sneakily find out the baby's age/ size to get some clothes, maybe a couple toys? I'm just not sure what to get/what I can do, and he is away for the forseable future because of this.
Re: Coworker emergency
A new baby book. May seem small and simple but she'll be busy replacing alot of necessities she won't consider it. When she does it'll be cause he lil baby is all grown up. I'm so sorry to hear about their loss.

I'd say diapers, clothes, blankets.
