baby fell off bed...

I have an almost 8 month old and today she rolled off the bed. It wasnt too far of a drop but the back of her head hit a shoe box. She has a red line right where she hit it. Shes been fussy ever since then. Shes fine in every other way. I checked her pupils and they are normal but the fact that she is fussy worries me. She fell once before off the sofa and she cried for like 10 secs then and then was fine and laughing. She didnt have any marks then. Only this time. I feel terrible and i am freaking out.  Should I take her to the doctor? Most things I researched said theres no need but im really worried.

    I would say when it doubt call the nurse line for the doctor just to see what they say.  As you said it's probably nothing to be worried over but it wouldn't hurt to call for your own piece of mind and to make sure there is nothing else you should be

    If you're worried call the dr/nurse.  If it puts you at ease and better to be safe than sorry.  I'm a FTM so I worry more than normal lol.  She is probably fine but the reassurance of a nurse/dr would probably make you feel better and less

    Calling is always just peace of mind, agree with PP's. I always make sure to keep my LO's awake for at least an hour after a fall just in case of concussion, and check for any signs of swelling, continual screaming, or obvious damage. My FB regrettably

    Alright I called. I didnt take her in. Shes got a small bruise on the back of her head but shes fine now. I know! I am sooo paranoid about leaving her unattended on high stuff that I dont even put her on the changing table anymore. And this one time I plo
