Breast Pain

The entire underside of my right breast is tender and painful, not red and no knots, which makes me think I don't have a plugged duct.  When I pump I barely get an ounce out and when I feed baby he is hitting and pinching breast. Which has now caused nipple pain. Anyone experience this?

    I felt that last week, but in a different area on the breast and I woke up the next moning with mastitis. I guess I had a clogged duct that I couldn't feel and it got infected. I hope that's not the case for you. Try a warm compress and try to nurse as mu
